to the championship level. 

Our Philosophy: 

At the high school level (9-12), we expect our high-achieving students to produce big results and we promote their accomplishments proudly, yet we rarely provide them with strategies to navigate the stress and pressure associated with high performance. Our Interactive Student Leadership Workshops provides those students with the tools to enhance their leadership skills and have a positive impact in their lives and in their schools.  The workshops will assist their transition to the college level as well. 

We work with grade levels 4-12. We can customize any event to fit your needs.

At the Middle levels (4-8), we have found success with identifying students for leadership teams  we provide interactive workshops and assemblies to all students for their preparation to the high school level. 

At the professional level, we provide professional development, keynotes, and workshops for your workplace.

WHAT WE OFFER: 

Our team consists of professional athletes, college athletes, school administrators, business owners, and mental health professionals. We will help you achieve and sustain a Championship Culture. 

Our program gives students, athletes, teachers, coaches, administrators, and business leaders the tools to elevate your school or organization to the Championship level.  We run student leadership workshops and professional development conferences onsite or at host locations to develop champions.

We will customize staff professional development to fit your needs for your district and personnel.  We also offer a unique interactive, full-day, or half-day program for students, teams, and adults.  Our featured event utilizes a workshop-style format where student leaders that you have selected interact in a keynote presentation on the Power of Possibility. students are then divided into groups of three/four and engage with our advisors/mentors where they are challenged to think critically and understand leadership strategies and skills.
